At the coast of Lisbon is a place called Costa da Caparica. The villa is situated at  2,5 km of the city centre of Costa da Caparica. The distance to the airport is just 20km. The beach is at 3 km, Lisbon city centre is at 15 km (and can be reached by the Ferry). Shopping mall Forum Almada is at 4,5 km.

The Vivenda is build on a property of 320m²  with a low stone fence. (it's save and you still will enjoy the view) The garden is full of fruit trees, such as a lovely lemon tree, every fruit in the garden that you would like to have is yours. Be our guest and feel free! You can find grape bushes, a peach tree and a tangerine tree.

In the backyard you will find sunbeds, umbrellas and under de shed (because of the sun) you wil find the garden furniture. Under the shed you are able to have your breakfast/lunch or dinner.

The vivenda has a living room with a dining table for 4 persons that you are able to slide open and make it a table for 6.  In this area you also will find the bench, the flat screen tv and the dvd player.

In the kitchen you will find what ever you think you will need ....service, cutlery, a  kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher,  a fridge, a strove with an oven and off course the micro waiver.  If you miss something or you thikg before hand you need something let us know and we can tell you whether it is available in the house.

Bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and the typical portuguese bidet.

Master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and two nightstands. There is also a dressboy that you may use.

Apart from the Master bedroom there is also a second bedroom. In this room there is a bunk bed,  a nightstand, wardrobe and a dresser with all the bedding,  towels that you may need.

Guest room

The guest room is situated in the garden of the house and very near to the house. Outside it looks like a garage, but when you enter you will find a spacious room with windows. One side is (the garage door) is covered with a wardrobe. Inside the room you can't tell it's a garage. You have at the side the entrance door. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a bidet and a shower.

In the room there is a double bed with nightstand and a chair. There is also a washing machine in case you would need to use it.
