The rates are per night and including breakfast from the buffet. The rates do not include the compulsory local tourist tax of € 1.40 per person and night (except for our guests below the age of 14 years).

- Please confirm your booking with a deposit payment of 30% of the total price to be transferred to the following the bank:

- You can settle your bill in cash (up to € 2,999.99), by EC-card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival day, no extra charge applies. In case of cancellation from 20 to 5 days before arrival day, we retain the right to keep the deposit payment. In case of cancellation after this period, no show or early departure, we will charge the total amount.
- The accommodation is available for you on arrival day after 3 p.m. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment until 10 a.m.
- We hope you understand that pets are not allowed at our chalet.
- We hope you understand that out of our commitment for nature, our chalet is a non-smoking house.
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival day, no extra charge applies. In case of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival day, we retain the right to keep the deposit payment. In case of cancellation after this period, no show or early departure, we will charge the total amount.
