Villa Malibu consists of 4 apartments and 2 studios. All 4 apartments
consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, and
can accommodate 6 people (total 24 people). Each apartment is equipped
with TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. A Wi-Fi network covers all
apartments. Each apartment has a safe, washing machine, hair dryer,
towels and linens, which are located in all bathrooms. Every kitchen is
equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, hot
plates, large refrigerator, hoods and all necessary utensils.

These apartments consist of a large room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In each bedroom there is a large bed for 2 persons, two-door wardrobe, safe, desk with accompanying 2 chairs, and television.
- All guests have secured indoor parking. Villa Malibu is located 400m from the sea, with a view of the sea from the terrace of every apartment.
On the terraces there are tables with the appropriate set of 6 chairs. The apartments are between 64-67m2, and patios of the apartments have an area of 16m2. A Wi-Fi network also covers each studio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, hob, coffee maker, kettle, hood and all necessary utensils.Each bathroom has a washing machine, hair dryer, bed linens and towels. On the terraces there are tables with the appropriate set of 4 chairs. Surfaces studio apartments are 30m2, terraces each studio apartments have an area of 20m2. All guests also have at their disposal, a shared fresh water pool, 12 x 4,6 m, in the courtyard of Villa Malibu, 20 chairs, 10 umbrellas, and 10 bicycles. A covered arbor of 7x4m is equipped with a barbecue and tables with accompanying chairs. Also, there is a covered recreation area of 18 x 6 m, equipped with table football, a darts machine, table tennis and a small fitness center.
